BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council approves Option 2 for the purchase of fitness equipment for the French River Fitness Centre from Fit Check Group for an amount of $20,154.40 plus applicable taxes; AND FURTHER THAT Council authorizes the lending of $18,851.40 from the Municipality’s reserves for the equipment purchase, repayable by the Fitness Centre over two years at an interest rate of 5%; AND THAT the shipping cost of $1,303.00 be paid upfront with the Fitness Centre operating funds.
