BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council: 1. Instruct staff to review the current SEBBS (Sudbury East Building and By-Law Services) Agreement and produce a 5-year Shared Service Agreement that includes French River, Killarney, Markstay-Warren, and St.-Charles. This Agreement shall include Building, By-Law, and Animal Control services. 2. Reorganize the proposed SEBBS organizational structure, creating a job description for the Director of SEBBS position (held by the current CBO (Chief Building Official)). This will necessitate moving the employment of the CBO to the Municipality of French River. 3. Accept draft proposed 2024 budget amount for four (4) municipalities along with new per household calculations which includes the addition of a Junior By-Law officer and full-time Administrator and new revenue projections.
