BE IT RESOLVED THAT that the Sudbury East OPP Detachment Board approve the 2026 Annual Meeting Calendar as presented, maintaining the existing quarterly meeting schedule held at 3:00 p.m. on the following dates:  Thursday, February 12, 2026  Thursday, May 14, 2026  Thursday, August 13, 2026  Thursday, November 12, 2026 AND THAT public notice of these meetings be provided in accordance with the Board’s Procedure By-law and Section 69(7) of the Community Safety and Policing Act, 2019.
