BE IT RESOLVED THAT By-law 2022-39, being a by-law to amend By-law 2021-22, a by-law to set fees and related charges (to add fees in relation to the Administrative Monetary Penalty System By-Law (AMPS) be read a first, second and third time and finally passed.

WHEREAS at their meeting held August 16, 2022, the Economic Development Advisory Committee have submitted their recommendation for Council’s consideration. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council approves TWG’s design and award the Contract for the 2 Welcome Entrance Signs (one on Hwy 64 and on Hwy 535) for the total amount of $12,580 plus applicable taxes to DL Signs and to JGW.
