WHEREAS Council acknowledges receipt of the letter dated January 14, 2021 addressed to the Sudbury East Planning Board from the Municipality of Markstay-Warren recommending a freeze in m unicipal apportionment increases until a review of the Planning Board operations takes place. BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council disagrees with the proposed recommendation as the Municipality of French River has no concerns with the Sudbury East Planning Board’s current operations and proposed budget; AND THAT Council further agrees that the Municipalities who endorse an operational review of the Sudbury East Planning Board be borne with its associated costs.
