BE IT RESOLVED THAT The RCC recommends that the 2021 budget allocation of $8,000 be delayed to the 2022 Budget. Furthermore, the Committee recommends that an additional $18,000 be considered by Council in the Budget Deliberation in 2022 to complete the project.
