BE IT RESOLVED THAT the French River Seniors Housing Board approves TD Bank as the permanent mortgage lender for the French River Seniors Housing Project at 63 Notre Dame Street East, Noëlville, replacing the interim construction financing previously held with Caisse Populaire Alliance Limitée. AND THAT the Board authorize the Chair (Bob Prévost) and Treasurer Minutes of the French River Senior Housing Board Meeting of October 16, 2025 Page 2 of 4 (Paul Mayer) to execute all required mortgage and loan documentation with TD Bank, in coordination with the Municipality of French River and Descon Management Group Ltd.; AND THAT the mortgage and associated agreements be registered under the French River Non-Profit Housing Corporation.
