WHEREAS Council received the CBO Report for Building and By-Law Services with the proposed budget for 2021–2025 agreement and adopted By-law No. 2021-05 to execute the Sudbury East Building and By-law Services Agreement with the Municipalities of St.-Charles, Killarney and Markstay-Warren for a period of 5 years; and WHEREAS each Municipality did not adopt the said Agreement as presented. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLDVED THAT Council adopts By-law 2021-07 Repealing By-law 2021-05; and FURTHER THAT Council adopts By-law 2021-08, to authorize that the existing agreement be extended for 1 year with a proposed budget to be provided for 2021; and FURTHER THAT Council recommends a committee including CAOs and a Member of each Council be formed to develop an agreement for additional years.
